Outstanding service!! Michael, Jeff, Ponch, Matt and team exhibit all the qualities of great customer service and they genuinely care about their clients. We are total newbies to the rv lifestyle and they have answered every dumb question we’ve had, sometimes multiple times. I purchased an Encore ROG 12RK back in March after seeing it at the RV Show in Cleveland. I spoke with Bob at the show and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He didn’t pressure me into anything. Kaley in sales helped me out big time. I had a lot of questions and she would respond in a timely manner. They both made the purchase process a breeze. I would recommend anyone looking for an Encore RV to stop by and check them out.

Our family drove 3.5 hours one way to look at Airstreams on what was supposed to be a rainy Saturday. It ended up being nearly 90 degrees with not a cloud in the sky. Despite this, Kaley walked us through multiple units (some of them twice) and spent more than an hour answering questions, discussing features, model year changes, warranties, etc. I spoke with her on the phone numerous times, requested (and received) multiple quotes, and learned more about Airstreams from her than I did in my months of online research. We ultimately did not purchase from her dealership. We found "the one" elsewhere — but we knew what we wanted thanks in large part to Kaley. She was incredibly patient, good-natured, helpful, and overall very nice to work with. The dealership had quite a bit of inventory (not precisely what we wanted), was well kept, and is a place we'll happily return to, either for service or future purchases.

11 out of 10. My experience here was fantastic. I bought a used camper, it deserves it's own review(it's awesome), but this is about this dealership. I expressed interest in a camper i wanted on a Saturday through the online form. I got a response by phone about 20 minutes later. The sales person wasn't pushy and didn't try any of the usual sales tactics I've come to recognize. I've bought 5 cars at dealerships in the last 7 years.. I got an offer in writing. On Monday I went to look at it, had my counter offer ready. Negotiation was easy and straightforward. We settled on a very fair number. I financed part of it. I only had to refuse extras 1 time. Couldn't believe it. They got the loan through my bank. Some dealerships have backroom deals with certain lenders. That process was the smoothest dealership financing room process I've ever experienced. 11 out of 10 for that. I had to wait to take it home so they could charge the battery and make sure everything worked. When I came to pick it up they had a tech go over every function with me. That was awesome. I thought i knew the features but it was nice to have a professional show them to me. I still don't know all the features of my

Kaley was amazing through the whole process of buying a used camper. Our first night camping was a success due to the knowledge and tips shared in the walk-through. They loved on our pup Rocky to assure he also was happy during pick-up.
